Voicemail is not working.The message callers get is “‘unable to take your call,call back later”

I have spoken 3 times to Sky customer service and got nowhere.Talked to Apple who have run a diagnostic check and everything is ok and up to date with all updates

Hi @Hinckleygirl  have you tried setting voicemail can't leave messages then restart your phone and turn voicemail back on ?
