Unfair charges

I recently bought a new non internet phone on the 100mb for £5 per month sim but I've been charged £3.83. Why??

Pro rata billing perhaps, does your next bill show that you will be charged the £5 ?

Then the billing is likely to be correct?

21 November > 13 December not being a full month therefore reduced.

How do you work that out? If it was reduced it would be £21 (the actual bill for 3 sims) MINUS £3.83 or whatever not PLUS

Hi @stav3295  you are being billed from 21st November to the 13th January. The part month from November to December then the full month in advance from mid December to mid January.

We can't see your bills.  The text you've posted is hard to interpret...  Post an actual picture perhaps?

 

But the bill is significantly less than expected?
