I recently bought a new non internet phone on the 100mb for £5 per month sim but I've been charged £3.83. Why??

Then the billing is likely to be correct?
Looks like some pro-rata billing and credits in the info you've posted?

How do you work that out? If it was reduced it would be £21 (the actual bill for 3 sims) MINUS £3.83 or whatever not PLUS
