no service whatsoever
new phone which came with e-sim turned off everything on old phone before had new phone up and running just spent hours trying to fix bot/chat complete waste of time cant call them as only have wifi in coffee shop using whatsapp and wont connect so how do I connect with no service wont answer emails rubbish service phone going back and cancelling plan any body know how to contact a human being in this organisation with only wifi borrowed from coffee shops

Hi @nialler09 sky don't normally use email as a method of communication with customers so you won't get a response to emails. To get you some help I will escalate your post to sky so look out for a coloured speech bubble on here inviting you to a private chat.

thanks !! no response to emails and so far no speech bubbles, not on whatsapp no coverage at all so how am i supposed to communicate? the my sky is no use rubbish company going elsewhere after posting facebook ,trustpilot etc. really fed up cheaper prices vs. rubbish non existent help just gone to bottom of list

Sky will notify you when they send the bubble. It's not a live chat @nialler09 so will probably be tomorrow now.

It will be tomorrow. Look out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.
