Uncapable Call Centre based in South Africa

I have contacted sky call centre 3 times with the final call agreeing I would receive a call from a manger.  Is it beyond the wit of man to see the error on my bill, which unsurprisingly is the the benefit financially of Sky.  I find the treatment of myself disgraceful.

 

If I don't get a response I will be cancelling my direct debit, in the hope this gets someones attention. 

 

Has anyone else experiences poor quality non first language english staff??

What is the error on your bill and what shows on the following bill ?

@Matt+broad  Cancelling your direct debit won't get any attention other than demands to reinstate it or risk having restrictions on your account

@Matt+broad Cancelling your direct debit won't get anyones attention, it will simply get your services restricted at which point you won't be able to speak to Sky.

 

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
