Unable to use pay by phone bill

I am unable to pay by phone bill to deposit casino websites. I used to be able to but now it doesn't let me.

I don't have a spend cap on so it isn't down to that either?

This has come up a couple of times recently. My understanding (like others) was that this isn't possible through Sky. You can call Sky free later today by dialling 150 to clarify the current position on this. Post back on here with their response so we can advise others in the future.
