Unable to use call facility since switching to Sky Mobile

I transferred network and should all have been done by 26 November, everything seems ok except I cannot make calls, any ideas

Sky chat was not helpful and obviously cannot phone as that's the problem

Did you keep your number from the old network?
Have you downloaded the Sky settings to your phone &/or reset the network settings?
