Unable to uprade?

So I'm on a 24 month contract that is due to end in May. I'm happy to pay off early if I can upgrade but everytime I go into the upgrades it says I'm not eligible even though I am?

If you are on Swap 24 then it is a 36 month contract so if it isn't letting you upgrade then give Sky a call. The number to use is just 150.
