Not received confirmation code for e-sim

I have activated my e-sim and received an email to say my sky mobile is up and running. I have a QR code to scan but it says a confirmation code has been sent for me to type in - however I cannot locate the code anywhere in the 10s of emails from sky that I have received. It said it should be sent within 30 mins but it has been several hours now. Can the email be sent again please?

Have now received the code but the QR code is scanning as invalid or already used 😡. This has taken all day and still not resolved  😭
