Unable to upgrade device

Hi, I am attempting to upgrade one of my devices. However I keep getting this message when attempting to upgrade my iPhone 15: "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now"

 

it is allowing me to upgrade my other devices such as my iPhone 16, and iPad. But it just will not allow me to do anything with my 15 pro for whatever reason. I have called Sky's support team, and it won't even allow them to access my iPhone 15 contract for whatever reason.
