Long wait for reply
I made a personal request to Sky Mobile 5 days ago !
It.has been acknowledged as received but a no reply account , so iam unable to find any information?

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are here to try to help other customers. You aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services here.
What do you mean by personal request?

That's fair enough, I wasn't prying but based on what you've posted, as we're customers here we can't provide any advice. I've not heard of such a request before.
Also be aware if you made this request via email, Sky don't use email for general communication.
