I wanna order phone but its out of stuck

I wanna order phone on bill pay but it's out of stuck what can I do to precook or soemthing it's samsung galaxy s25 plus

Can I make soemhwo pre order then of samsung galaxy s24 plus. Because it  says u can predict order but I dont see any availability  to do that
