When trying to upgrade any of my services on the app or online i keep getting a message,
My account is upto date with all payments never missed a payment, been like this for months I have spoken with SKY to no avail it's becoming rather annoying that SKY are unable to resolve this

time to time I'm afraid so it is nothing to do with your billing and payments.
To get the upgrade order placed you will have to call Sky on the free 150 number from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it.

This isn't acceptable to be honest, I shouldn't need to call to upgrade, this is an ongoing issue that SKY need to resolve.
