Hi, can you pay off a phone and cancel the data plan?
Hi, I want to pay off the amount owing on my daughter's phone about £300 and cancel the data plan that goes with it even though it has a further 20 months to go.
is that possible? Are there penalties?

Re: Hi, can you pay off a phone and cancel the data plan?
@MIAxxx Data plans have a minimum term of 12 months, so if you've had the SIM for 12 months or more then you can cancel it.
You should be able to make full payment through your Sky account.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
