Unable to receive MFA texts/calls after converting to eSIM
Hi,
So I wanted to convert my physical sim to an eSIM. I saw the option in settings on my iPhone 13 and thought great this is what I need. Little did I know that this would not work properly and I'd be left locked out of the mobile network with only WiFi access. When I try to follow through the conversion process on the MySky app, I am able to change the number the MFA text goes to but it then asks me for another code, one which must be sent to my original phone number... the one which cannot receive texts or make calls.
At this point, I've had no useful help from Sky at all it's been a completely horrible customer experience to the point where I just want to get my PAC code (which I can't even get because I can't receive texts or make calls). Is there any solutions for me?
