Hi I would like to take advantage of the offer interest free MacBook Air . But every time I place the product in the basket it says I need to get a sim and select the data I need. I don't need a SIM card and was wondering if you can buy MacBook without taking the sim data contract.
please advise

Find out moreIf it isn't letting you order the Mac without also ordering the data plan for the sim then while you will have to do this when the sim arrives do not activate it then it will be cancelled by Sky so you will only be charged for the Mac and not the sim.

It's unclear why Sky feels the need to ship SIM cards with laptops that can't actually use them: no MacBook model has a SIM slot or silicon for cellular connectivity.

I ordered a Macbook Air a few days ago.As you come to the end of the order it does give you the opportunity not to order a SIM card. I didn't want one either. I also ordered a Galaxy tab S9. I think it did force me to buy a SIM for that one. I shall try to remove it from the order. I have Sims coming out of my ears and it's getting expensive. Three also keep trying to force them on me. It's getting silly ...
