Unable to make or receive calls on mobile

My phone suddenly stopped working yesterday and will not allow me to make or receive calls. Whatsapp call still come through, but my phone says emergency calls only

If there are no issues showing then you might need a replacement sim.

As you have internet access you could try using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page and there is also a messaging service at the bottom of this page:

Mine is the same. It was working late last night and wasn't this morning. I can't get help/or speak to Sky  anywhere. It's pathetic!
