Delivery

I have changed my DPD delivery to a day I am in and it cost £9.99 as I can only accept at the weekend. They don't turn up on agreed day so they try delivery the next day not available as I'm in work Monday to Friday they won't let me change the day to a weekend they won't let me change the address they won't leave it in a locker or at neighbour. What am I suppose to do??? Will sky change the address!

For security reasons it has to be delivered to the account address. Can anyone be at your address with the same surname as yourself and the I.D. that may be asked for?

DPD give a 1 hour time slot so someone can perhaps be home.
