I'm presently in the US and have been making and receiving calls to and from the UK until yesterday.
I cannot now make calls unless I turn Airplane mode on then off. I am then able to make one call. Subsequent calls fail unless I again switch airplane mode on and off again!!
I have undertaken ALL corrective actions on the Sky website. Nothing resolves the issue.
I receive calls and data is working fine.
Any suggestions??
Thank you.

It is tricky to help without knowing what you have done so is your phone set to abroad ?
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Abroad.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Abroad.

Thanks for your response.
It's an iPhone 15 and the setting for Roaming is on "Automatic". If I set for "Abroad" the phone then offers only "SOS" calls.
I have checked all settings, updated the Sky software as suggested on the Sky help pages. The problem remains.

I am also having the exact same problems, although I'm currently in Spain. I've tried everything and nothing has worked either.
I've currently got no service when I've set the roaming to abroad, so I don't think this works either? Plus I requested the network settings via the text message and still ain't worked.
every time I try and call when I have service it just says call ended straight away. This is so frustrating!!!!
