Sign in problem

Won't let me sign in to upgrade phone

Comes up - It's not you it's us Technical issue and when I phoned about the problem I get put through to various advisors who say they aren't aware of any problems

When calling you will have to ask them to place the order for you as sadly these technical issues do seem to reported on here by a few people on a regular basis and the only way around it will be to ask Sky to place the order.

Have tried to contact sky and they find the same access problem which they will be reported to Technical Division. It's very frustrating and enough to make me consider whether I should stay with them despite being a customer for 26 years
