Unable to make calls from usa

I've tried everything u asked but can't make calls on my phone. I receive calls but uncle to call out.

You are talking to Sky customers here so try getting your phone to search for all networks to see f it will connect to another network that will then work for you.

I've tried connecting to other networks. I've tried with roaming on and off. Tried with WiFi on and off. I've tried 4g and 5g also reset network settings and asked sky to reset my internet browser but still nothing.

Have you got a spend cap set, you don't have to but if you have then it needs to be high enough to cover your stay in the country.
