I changed phones and couldn't transfer eSIM. I called Sky on Saturday with a friends phone and they said they would send ESIM details and required code as I didn't have my second number working for them to send me code via mobile. They haven't done this and I am unable to call them as I have no cellular connection!! I've been trying all day to chat as I can only use chat on WiFi. So day 3 and unable to call out. Unable to chat to Sky as I can't call!
Any way to actually be able to use my phone. It's not letting me order ESIM so that I can't call install and I can only get the code via email not on phone.
