Hello, has anyone managed to log into their "MySky" app? All i get when I open the app is Let's get you started. I log in via the web and then it still doesn't let me log into the app! Just goes back to Let's get you started! So frustrating.

This - new users logging into the app for the first time it doesn't work. The app directs you to the embedded mobile site, you login, then nothing. The embedded login works but it doesn't actually do anything to the app

I have the same issue, got a new iphone, on my old phone I can login, on my new one I get the lets get started buton,enter my password and email and , that brings up the webpage, I sign in again on the webpage but the app is never signed in?

I'm having the exact same problem, changed phone last week and cannot log in to the app. I've managed to get in through the app on my older iPad and through the website but that's not really very useful.
I'm on an iPhone 13 running iOS 16.1.2

I should add I tried to reset my password, it's now only letters and numbers, a mix of lower and upper case letters. That hasn't helped

Turn Wifi off it you are on it.
Turn on Mobile data
See if you can get logged in, if you can...
Turn mobile data off and wifi back on.

I've have just changed from iPhone XR to iPhone 14 and cannot get the MySky app working.
When I start the app I get the 'Let's get you started screen' then everything goes to a webpage, I log in to my account and the webpage just promotes using the app which I can never get back to unless I cancel the webpage which puts me back to the 'Let's get you started screen' on the app.
Bloody frustrating - MySky app now deleted from the iPhone. 😡

Exactly the same thing happed to me with the same phone. Don't suppose you got this resolved?

I have read everything on this post and t tried everything to resolve.
I have changed my password to only include letters and numbers. No special characters.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the iPhone.
I have turned off the Wi-Fi and only used mobile data before using the app.
My guess is there is no resolution to this issue.
I'm fed up with all the issues I have with Sky: My sky Q downloading a film taking 10hrs or more or even constantly failing (using VDSL plus internet) and now this issue. 😡
