Multiple people have told me they've tried calling my mobile and it just tells them unavailable and can't take the call when my phone is on and working fine as far as I can tell. Also my phone keeps cutting out mid phone call with people. Starting to get really frustrated, any suggestions?

otherwise try ordering a new SIM card . Be aware they are delivered by Royal Mail so due to the Christmas period and industrial action could take a while to arrive.
