Unable to get text or phone calls for 2 months - account locked - how do I get help

My mobile does not get text messages or receive incoming calls.

This has been going on since April 7th... Technical are no help, passing me to cancellation, cancellation can't cancel as they need to send a text. Cancellation put me back to technical, who say it has been escalated, but nothing happens. 
 My account is now locked and no one can help over the phone. 
This seems ridiculous, I can't get my phone fixed, I can't transfer to another  supplier and I can't even complain!

How do I get this resolved? 
I am at the end of my tether - verification text messages are required for almost everything!

PLEASE HELP !!

As indicated by @PandJ2020 that does suggest your services are restricted which only happens when you have missed a payment. If you call Sky are you being asked to pay your bill?

Just had same thing happen ! I'm on day 8 with no service  , passed around tech to cancellations back to tech , escalated issue , keep saying is a mast issue , but it's not as I was 300 miles away at one point ! 
** jeep saying we e escalated it & will be fixed later in day & have to wait 48 hours !! 
** staff tech clearly have no idea ! Have told them I'm on restricted services yet I'm £35 in credit !! 
checking through contract & going to seek legal action against sky mobile as is my work phone & personal phone which has lost me a lot of income .

* they say my number is active but I know they e blocked it .

Hi @Carla777  just for information, sky mobile is a domestic service not a business one and Sky cannot be held liable for any loss of business.

Indeed, the top of the contract says, "Sky Mobile is a service for the personal use of UK consumers only."

 

And consequential losses are explicitly excluded.

Acceptable in court , personal phones can also be used for business .

I'd still like to be able to use my phone . I'm 6 months in to a contract , cannot get any sense from any techs ,

they are taking my money but clearly hs d stopped providing the service

Yes they 'can' but the T's and C's you agreed to will not help you claim losses when there are issues.
