Mobile swap

Swapped old mobile which was under contract for an upgraded mobile. I am being charged for monies outstanding on old mobile which was under contract as well as monies on new mobile with new contract. is this correct?

Did you return your old mobile?  If so, how long ago?

Tne device you returned has to be paid off so when you put this through was the value Sky gave you for it enough to pay off what you had left to pay on it ?
