Unable to continue paying for phone bill

I cannot afford to pay for my phone any longer so what can I do?

If your mobile services are not yet restricted give Sky a call when the phone lines open later but I'm afraid the bottom line is you've agreed to pay the charges monthly and defaulting on that is going to cause you problems. You're probably already aware that your services will be restricted, you'll incur late payment fees and continued non payment will lead to Sky moving your debt to a debt collection agency.

If you're not on the minimum data plan then you could downgrade to that which is £5-£6 pm.
If it the device itself then there's no options to reduce costs.
