Hi, I called sky to cancel and order and re-order it over the phone, which I assumed was completed. Got the confirmation on my account and by email that my new order was placed, but it's still showing as two devices on my account? Both are for the same product but the one that should have been cancelled is still showing??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Darcy25 it may take 24 hours for your account to update. If it's been more than that you may need to call sky to confirm.
