I finally got through to an agent , the issue is my esim and its with the team but they said 24 hours for which has now passed

My new iPhone air having same problems. eSIM won't activate. Was on to so called technical support yesterday 3 hours. Phoned back today 

they said lots of people having same problem. Leave it for 48hrs then get back to them I told them not to pleased I have new phone I can't use then my phone call cut off unbelievable.  I have now had to borrow phone.

I'm finally sorted! Eventually after an hour on support chat we discovered my old physical sim hadn't been killed (even though it was showing as no network on my old phone) so I put it in my new  phone and bingo - network! I don't know if this is worth a try for anyone who still has space for a physical sim in their new phone and eSIM issues?

Esim not activating for iphone 17 pro

Hi

 

I am trying to activate my new esim using a PAC code and once I enter all the details it keeps saying sorry we cant activate it. I have tried to find a nunber to phone but that also seems impossible?! Anybody any ideas? 

I am a new customer to sky mobile and this is my first esim.

Can’t active eSIM because I have no signal for Skys verification code

Does anyone have an answer for me please?

 

I received my new iPhone 17pro today & tried to activate the eSIM. 
The problem is that I don't have a mobile signal for the 2 step verification process that Sky requires for authentication.

I spoke to a sky agent who told me he could order a new sim in 6 days time or get someone to call me back in 2 to 3 days. 
That leaves me without a phone & I really need it the next few days. 
I can't even use my old phone as the sim no longer works in it. 
I'm in the uk and for some reason the settings have changed when I did the network reset as suggested by the agent. Mobile has now changed to cellular. 
Im at my wits end. The agent can't help activate the sim & I can't call them as I have no other phone access. 
I really feel like returning this new phone as my sim is totally useless. I want to keep this number. It appears the ESIM is causing issues to many people. 
Does anyone know what else I can try after exhausting every help thread from Sky?

eSIM failing to activate. Link sent to me by SMS by Sky doesn't offer the option to replace

I'm beginning to think Sky is quite amateur. I ordered a new eSIM plan yesterday and attempted to install. Several attempts resulted in the same result: inability to register. I got automated emails from Sky each time saying they were aware of the failure and would have it fixed within 48 hours. I just received a text from them saying that I require a replacement eSIM and a link to the SIM management page to request a replacement. However there is nowhere on that page to request replacements. I have attempted a live chat but it says unavailable despite being in their working hours. What am I supposed to do? Surely it shouldn't take several days and lots of manual chasing of Sky to set up a simple SIM?

Any update on this ive now been waiting over 48hours for my esim to work new iphone air and cant use it. Getting so frustrated keep calling same answer everytime. Had to buy new pay as you go sim fo my old handset. Really poor from sky massive tech company!!!!

Hi, we really need a better idea of the timescale and some detail of how you will communicate this en masse. Relying on information via community forums is really not good enough im afraid.

iPhone 17 ESIM not activating

I have tried everything. I have received a message to say I need a replacement eSIM but I have followed all instructions and there's no way of me doing this. I need to sort this asap!!

Not good enough! When will this work. I have a job and a life. Should not have to be chasing. I knew I should never have moved to sky. Embarrassing.
