I've just upgraded from an iPhone SE to an iPhone 14 and I was unable to transfer the eSIM over due to an error. I then requested a replacement eSIM which has come through with a QR code, however this new eSIM will still not activate on my new phone. As I requested this replacement I now have no signal on either phone so I'm unable to ring Sky. I understand a lot of people have been having this issue, please contact me to get this working. Thanks.

Turns out a 2nd activation code was being sent to a family members email address to I was entering the wrong one. It's activated and all sorted now!
