I’m trying to instal / activate my esim

I've moved over to Sky from another provider and have an eSIM which I've been unable to instal / activate.   When reaching the page to activate my esim the message is "if you've ordered an eSIM it's not quite ready. Please try again later."  I received my phone last night and swapped everything over easily but I'm stuck at this point.  I have a confirmation code which was emailed to me but nowhere to put this in my account.  Is this a timing issue or is assistance from Sky required?

If it is still saying the same tomorrow then you might want to contact Sky support for help.

It is up to you but personally I would go via the phone.
