Recently transferred over from Vodafone to sky mobile but unable to activate eSIM. Error unable to activate sim - contact network provider or try again later. I've contacted sky and am still waiting on a team member to get back with assistance how to resolve. I am now left with no coverage for the past 3 days.... can someone advise or have experienced similar and what they did to resolve. I have an apple iPhone and it's on the latest version of iOS software

Please can you activate my sim as I have waited weeks for this to happen, I am currently paying for two phones. I want to keep my number but can't understand why it is taking so long

I'm afraid not as we are customers here like you, a sim should activate more or less straight away so as it hasn't you will need to find a way to contact Sky as they might want to get another sim sent out for you to try. If you don't have another phone they can be contacted via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page, they can also be contacted via Whats App.

Yes I've ordered one now waiting on arrival. 6 days without network very frustrating
