I have called a FEW times questioning this issue and the reply has been for the last 4 to 5 weeks, "there is an issue with the mast in you're area and engineers are working on it now"! Really....... STILL not working. I'm paying a monthly bill for what. Just calls and texts. I've got an iPhone and no data. My partner has an android. Same problem.

I'm afraid Sky don't own or maintain any mobile phone masts so you and your neighbours are waiting for the third party fix. Once it's fixed you could call Sky and see if they'll apply a small credit onto your account but Sky are under no obligation to do so.

I was told by sky every time I called and it was sky that said there is an issue with the mast in the area and they are working to get it fixed in 24 to 48 hours. I was told that every time.
