Unable to access voicemail.
My wife has just ported over to sky mobile but has an issue with her voicemail.
She's unable to connect to voicemail using either 759 or holding the 1 key. Gets no dial tone or anything and then a response saying call failed.
Trying to get through to sky is a joke.

This will need reporting to Sky so she will have to call Sky on 150 and when she does make sure she says nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remains on the line.
