I have entered the wrong sim password too many times. I have tried logging in with 8 zeros but I need a PUK number. I have looked everywhere on how to get the PUK Number but cannot find any info.
will I need to call Sky or is there a remote solution?

If eight zeros does not work then you will have to contact Sky so they can send you a replacement sim.
