I have this exact problem too! 
I have no information on the my sky app apart from tv and broadband. I joined sky mobile from Vodafone last week, it's saying it's linked but nothing is showing up.

It might have linked to an old account so give Sky a call on the free 150 number so they can look into it for you.

Thank you for replying. 
I don't have an old account, this is all I've ever had. I've been on a call for 30 minutes waiting for an agent. I will try again tomorrow.
