Just bought a new phone few weeks ago and not working

Just bought a new phone from sky a couple of weeks ago and the screen has frozen and won't work

@00Shaun00  Have you tried a reboot?   If so and still the same you'll need to call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You need to either report this to Sky or the manufacturer of the device, both of whom will probably want to sent it off to be repaired.
