Hi all,
I've had no data or signal with sky mobile, and I'm on the second sim card that they've sent me.
I've gone through all the troubleshooting, and it's still 4 dots showing next to the wifi.
Has anyone had this experience? I'm now getting frustrated that I can't sort it, never mind having a working phone.

afraid it's all working fine.
I just sat on the phone to sky (from my work phone) and was told to insert a different sim into the phone, which I don't have.
Now I have to wait another 3-5 days for the escalation team to call me.
It's a joke.
Especially as I've come over to Sky mobile from Vodafone after a recommendation, it's the worse experience I've ever had so far of a phone company.
