You don't need to return the SIM card

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You don't send it anywhere, if you don't want it then you can dispose of it yourself. If you have been paying for it then you can call Sky to cancel it once you have been paying for it for 12 months or more.

It's a new one send with an upgrade so I don't want to be charged for it!!

If you haven't activated it then you will not be charged for it, if you did activate then you will need to contact Sky to cancel it.
