Why did my international roaming stop working half way through my holiday?

Where did you go? Did you have a spend cap that was reached? Could be numerous reasons.

 No idea if I have a spend cap was in Canada and the US - first part of my holiday was fine then it stopped with no communication from sky and I could t get WiFi where I was
