Two phones only need one !

I have mistakenly taken out a 2nd contract instead of upgrading my current how do I fix this issue .. I have a lot of data on old phone in my piggy bank and don't want to loose it !

You will need to call Sky on 150 about this.

Data is held on your account and not on your phone.

 

You only lose it if you cancel the last SIM on your account.  (Other than the 12 month expiry period of banked data)

Switching to a 'swap' now may be troublesome.  One other option is to sell your old phone and pay off any outstanding credit.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
