Sky data piggybank

There is definitely an issue with the my sky app !!! I don't know if it has been updated 🤷 but I can nolonger see my sim cards or see how much data is left and I can't see my piggy bank where I know I had around 400gb of data in, last time I rolled some data. We are away in our touring caravan and we use our saved data to hot-spot our tv for netflix etc we both ran out of data 🤦 tried all morning to sort out through the virtual chats etc with no joy. Eventually got through to someone who could roll some data for us we got 100gb put on each mob and still have 200gb in the piggybank. Sky need to fix the app as I was reading if you don't use the data now you lose it after 12 month 🤦. The other problem is when you run out of data you can't get online to do anything about it, so frustrating 😡
