Turning parental controls odd
When going to turn off parental controls and doing in my bank card details to confirm it is not letting me. It is saying that my card nunver is invalid. This is the correct number and is the account I pay the bill with. It is an active card.

Re: Turning parental controls odd
You need to be using a credit card as not a debit card to do this.
So you can either use one from a family member or friend or if you have a phone contract with Sky then you can call them and they will do this for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement so they will already know that you are older than 18 for the adult settings to be changed. 150 is the free number to use to call Sky on
