Trying to sign up to sky mobile
I was looking at sky mobile and decided that I was going to sign up. When I get to the checkout, it ask for me to input 'the last two digits of the account number'. I have inputted this and it is telling me that the details are incorrect and then locks me out. I'm at a loss!

It might be worth calling Sky and having them place the order for you. Do make it clear you want this order placed from your existing account.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Say No when asked if you want a text or to go online then stay on the line.

- Sky Mobile Ireland is a complete and utter joke. I was going to sign up to get access to the Vodafone network but not a chance would I go near them now. I went onto the website and pick my sim only plan, filled it all out and when I clicked to submit and pay at the end it constantly says your email is not recognized. So I called sky to do it over the phone, the AI who answered couldn't understand any reply I gave and when eventually I got an option to get a call out through to a human it told me there were really long wait times. I waited for over 20 minutes then it just hung up on me. So I sent a message on messenger, got an automated reply saying someone would be in touch. A girl called Hannah replied 2 days later and just asked if my problem was resolved??? Considering no else had contacted me I replied no. That's 8 days ago now and nothing. Absolute joke. I pity anyone who has signed up and has a problem, good luck trying to get any help from sky!
