Since Thursday I had no sky network coverage to make calls or send messages through I message! I have a sick mother that I can not get in contact with I'd expect better service from Sky

If not you could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty so if this link doesn't work:

You will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links t the bottom to their sites.
