Thank you for your response. This keeps happening and every time I ring I am told there is no restriction on my account it's getting so frustrating.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Yes exactly same issue, try to upgrade and it states account is restricted. Rang sky numourous times but they just kept saying no restrictions on the account. Told me it's probably an issue with my phone and told me to delete and re-download the app. I did that and still the same problem. Yes they offered to do upgrade over the phone but I want to do it online so I can read over my options.
