No signal with sky

I transferred from vodafone to sky, esim , with the same number , done all the steps was given a temporary number which had no signal for 2 days but was using my old vodafone sim, now I was told it is transferred so vodafone sim has stopped and no signal on the sky sim, can't call them even.

Try turning off any messaging apps (iMessage, FaceTime etc) then reset the network settings. I have an iPhone so can only supply instructions for that.
Settings>General>Transfer or Reset Phone>Reset>Reset Network settings.

If the phone has WiFi then you can sign in to your account & send the phone settings to the device.

All sorted, thank you. After it was transferred from vodafone to Sky , I done the esim activation steps again and it worked.
