I'm trying to order a new phone

I've tried ordering a new phone but it says Mt baskets full and I've just payed off one of Mt phone contracts

Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

I am also struggling to order online , ok it's fair enough people are saying call them but some are unable due to a number of reasons!

Hi @Jordan0311  unfortunately if it's not letting you do it online your only options are to phone or find a sky store somewhere and order from there.

Get as far as picking phone and sim and when I click checkout get this message been trying all day "it's not you it's us try refreshing page or click link below " getting really frustrating will be going elsewhere if not sorted

Im having the same problem. Read and signed agreement but won't take me to checkout!
