Trying to complete an order but says account number is wrong

Help with completing an order. Keeps saying account number is incorrect but I've already signed in and got a contract with you

Hi @Loopytig  if you are having trouble ordering online then your only option is to call sky and get them to place the order. Call on 150 from a sky sim.
