Account set up problem, postcode invalid format error (new sky mobile)

I have had an issued 3+ weeks where my account became inaccessible via the app. It allows me to login but then asks me to set up my account (previously set up successfully).  Following the instructions it then fails once I enter my postcode (ROI) stating its invalid format.  I have now spent 6.5hrs on calls with sky (currrent call 2,5hrs long) whilst the issue has not been resolved.  I have made complaints via the site to which i was advised its resolved and credit issued to my account to prevent suspension and a callback scheudled which never came. Today current call a lovely guy in sales is doing everything to help me so far spending 2.5hrs with me to try help and is getting disconnected from tech support while I am on hold with him.

 

Someone has to be able to solve this its beyond ridiculous

Ate you logging in with your correct username or email address. If you are have you tried asking to speak to Sky ID team ?

I am logging in with the correct email and verified the same with sky.  I have had 7 calls now since the 2nd oct total of almost 8hrs.  Yesterdays call was 3.5hrs and still no resolution.  I was promised a callback again but never sufficed.  I was also promised a callback from the executive complaints team and that never happened either. I have now on the advise of the rep yesterday deleted my sky id from the system to allow me to create a new acc.  Now when creating the new account it asks me for my eircode but then I hit an error cant go any further.
