I wanted to add data to my plan which I assumed would be simple..
I can log into my Sky Account, however when I click on my products i get "Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now".
If i click on Product Settings, it tells me i have "No active Sky products".
Despite this, when I attempt to link my account and enter the relevant details it tells me that the account is already linked.
I've had no luck whatsoever with the AI assistant thing, and I have tried the above on my mobile and also on my desktop PC.
Any assistance appreciated.

This has been happening to me for months. I can't roll data to my sim using WiFi or anything.
they don't have a fix. I've had hours on the phone where they escalate it and I still haven't heard back from 2 months ago.
